Cherokee Mills seeks to create an environment where tenants can work together to foster environmental stewardship. Toward that end, the developers of Cherokee Mills have taken numerous measures to make the campus “green”:

  • Installing compact fluorescents on remainder of building
  • Using LED lights wherever possible
  • Utilizing occupant-sensing lighting which turns off in areas not used

  • Replacing pumps & adding energy efficient chillers
  • Installing an energy management system based on occupancy
