• Retrofitting the current lighting with t-8 lighting
• Reducing lighting consumption by 25%
• Implementing natural light where possible
• Compact fluorescents on remainder of building
• LED lights wherever possible
• Occupant sensing lightning throughout the building, lighting will turn off in areas not used.

HVAC

• Using existing cooling tunnel for fresh air intake
• Changing system to energy efficient heating/chiller system
• Replacing pumps, adding energy efficient chillers
• Installing an energy management system based on occupancy
• New system will reduce consumption by 30%

Water

• Low flow plumbing
• Waterless urinals
